I don’t believe I can say enough good things about Toscano Pool Plastering. First off; my wife and I have been trying to have our pool resurfaced for two years. We contacted around 12 companies but no one ever followed up with us. Toscano Pool Plastering was recommended to me by a company that was working on my pump at the time. I reached out and immediately started communication with Juan Carlos. I want to feel like I know the entire process. No surprises. Juan walked me through everything and was very prompt to respond to all of my inquiries. Once we settled on the type of resurface everything moved quickly and in no time at all his team was removing all the old plaster from the pool. Juan Carlos and his crew did an amazing job with the full remodel of our pool. He was on schedule and communicated updates every day / step of the process. And he answered all of my questions before, during , and after complete. I highly  recommend Toscano Pool Plastering to anyone in need of a remodel or re-plaster.  He was also very helpful with us as we decided on the surface, tile, and coping in a stress-free way. If your looking for a company to refinish your pool, give Juan Toscano a call. We had estimates from quite a few other contractors. Each of them would only chip away the old plaster around the lights, tile and hit around the worn spots. Most of them had higher bids and required a large payment up front before the work was ever started. We decided to use Toscano for several reasons. First, he stated that he does a complete chip away of all plaster. Secondly, he did not require any payment up front. He collected payments as the work progressed. We appreciated that. Juan and his crew were very respectful to us and our property. They replaced coping, tile, all of the fittings, repaired the spa light and added hand rails. Basically a complete overhaul. Juan also made a few suggestions that we had not thought of. I appreciated his input. Any time I reached out to Juan, he was quick to respond by text or phone call. You won't be disappointed. We love our pool!
